9. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number on one of our forms (including Facebook/Instagram lead forms, our website contact or quote forms, and our project intake questionnaire) or by texting us first, you agree that Findable may contact you by SMS/MMS text message and by phone about your inquiry.

• Program: Findable customer care and marketing messages — inquiry confirmations, call notifications, short video introductions, appointment scheduling and reminders, and occasional service information.
• Message frequency: varies, typically 1–5 messages per inquiry. Recurring messages may be sent while your inquiry is open.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Findable does not charge for text messages.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
